These documents (CLICK HERE) will need to be filled out and the originals turned in to complete the registration process. If you cannot download the documents, the Registrar will provide them at the time of your meeting.
Click on the link above to access the online registration site. Please note- If you are new to the district (have never had a student in our district before) you will create an account (the option is in the drop down at the bottom of the screen under “More Options”)
If you currently have a ParentVue account and are adding a new student, once you login there will be an icon in the upper right hand corner for 'Online Registration'. Click on that icon, make sure you are in the current year, and follow the questions.
If you have an existing student in the district and need to enroll a new one, or had a student in our district and are moving back, you will use your existing portal account to register the student. If you do not know your portal access information, please contact the Registrar at (207) 247-3221 x2264, Fax: 207-247-3477.
Please note: All new PreK-12 student parent/guardians will need to go to 84 West Road, Waterboro, Maine, East Building, Door 1, to complete the registration process, once the online pre-registration form has been submitted.
Once you have pre-registered using the link above, you will need to bring the below information with you to the Registrar’s Office at 84 West Road, Waterboro, Maine, East Building.
PLEASE CALL THE REGISTRAR TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL YOU HAVE MET WITH THE DISTRICT REGISTRAR.
Please call for an appointment during the hours of 7:30AM - 2:30PM Monday - Friday. (closed on weekends and holidays)
Please make sure you bring the following with you for registration purposes:
Original Birth Certificate
Proof of residency, consisting of a current form of documentation with physical address, such as:
-Utility bill-electric bill, water/sewer bill, cell phone bill etc.
-Mortgage agreement, lease, insurance policy, insurance ID card
-Tax bill or deed
-Voter Registration Form
Court issued custody paperwork (only if applicable)
For High School Students only: Copy of last report or Transcript from former school
