Great News! We have been asked to participate again in the Channel 8 Weather At Your School program! Ted McInerney will be doing the weather forecast live from our school on Friday September 14th. Students can come to the school starting at 5:45am accompanied by their parents and be part of the news forecast! We had an amazing turnout last year and we hope to see just as many if not more this year. Meteorologist Ted McInerney will present at the school later that morning to discuss all things related to weather. We hope to see you bright and early next Friday.

Parker Soule-Parent, 4th grader from Lyman Elementary was one of the highest scoring 100 students in grades four through eight from Maine who qualified to compete in the National Geographic Maine State Bee on Friday, April 6, 2018 at the University of Maine in Farmington. This entertaining and challenging test of geographic knowledge is designed to encourage teachers to include geography in their classrooms, spark student interest in the subject, and increase public awareness about geography. Congratulations to Parker for representing his school and state proudly at this year's bee!
